All customized products from SOS are final sale due to the personalized nature of monogrammed gifts. We strive to set up the website so that you can see all of your options and require you to double check your monogramming/customization options/entered information before you can fully place your item into your cart for purchase, in our attempts to eliminate errors. Color options may vary due to your screen settings and your light conditions when and where you view our site. Regardless, if there is a major production/shipping error, please email us at email@example.com immediately and we will address it promptly.
Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival. If you receive a damaged or defective item due to shipping, you must CONTACT US within 48 hours of delivery.
